I hesitated making a review for a while but decided now was a good time. For the last 20 years I have had one dental nightmare after another. I’ve had bad experiences with a lot of different dentists. So much so that I stopped going about a year and a half ago. At my husband’s urging I went to Dental Serenity and made an appointment. My husband goes to that practice and has not had anything but glowing reviews for everyone there. I can tell you that from the moment I walked into the door I realized I was about to embark on a dental experience like none that I have ever experienced before. The front desk staff went out of their way to greet me like I was a long lost friend. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating. My first few appointments were very stressful as I was examined and then had a consult with the dentist on the proper course of action. That course of action in and of itself was very stressful. I knew that my mouth was a nightmare and that I needed lots of work but I wasn’t expecting the level of work that I needed. Each and every member of the staff of Dental Serenity went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and not ashamed that my mouth was as bad as it was. Since my initial appointment where I had the work on my mouth begun I have had numerous problems with the temporary crowns cracking, breaking, falling out, the staff has been very kind and accommodating to help correct the situation.I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lam, Dr. Morris, Amy, Yaneth and each and every one of the other staff there. I am so happy to be getting the care I have sorely needed from Dental Serenity and only wish that I had found them years and years ago.

My first visit to Dental Serenity was, with out a doubt, the best experience I have ever had at any dentist office. I was impressed with my dental hygienist, Carmen, who explained/educated me on the process. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with Carmen, who was new to the office. In my opinion, this is how an office should be run, friendly, professional, and educational. Thanks to everyone at Dental Serenity!!!
