Great customer service

This is an outstanding group of dental care professionals. From beginning to end, they make a trip to the dentist prompt, informative, effective and friendly. Their professional dental referral network is excellent, too. Ive only had top notch experiences. Bravo!

I started coming here back in 2013 when it was under the old name. All the way until 2020 they were doing great. After 2020 things went downhill slightly. Then after the events of 2020 went away, they still struggled. I had a couple of cleanings that I knew the person did not have a lot experience. First time in 50 years of getting a cleaning I told one person to stop. It was horrible, but I did not make a big scene out of it. Shortly after this the business was sold to the current owners. I go in today and completely new staff and even a new doctor. The cleaning today was A professional. The person who cleaned my teeth has 14 years of experience and it showed. Could not be happier. I had some questions and the doctor went through and examined me and reviewed my old notes. Very detailed. I can recommend Dental Serenity!
