My experience was great. Nikita is a great hygienist whom I received my first initial cleaning since retired from military. Due for my next cleaning I refused to see anyone else due to her absence until she returned. I was told there was another hygienist (Amy S.) whom also delivers superb customer service. To my surprise Amy S. was great. Both has performed exceptionally well, very knowledgeable and approachable. Thanks to both Nikita and Amy S. :-)

I had my first appointment and cleaning. Amy was professional and gave me the best cleaning and helped me set up a plan to better take care of myself and understand ways to take care of my teeth. I was impressed with the whole team from the front desk to Dr. V I finally feel like I found the dentist office I was hoping for.

I was really pleased with my visit to Dental Serenity. I visited the office with my children as a first time patient on the morning of July 16, 2018 and we were promptly greeted. Shortly after getting there we were called back one by one so the wait time was very minimal. Everyone was really nice and helpful and the quality of care was phenomenal! The appointments were not rushed and the dental assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Valdivieso took their time to explain everything and the various treatment options. While I was in the waiting room I overheard the front desk staff making last minute same day appointments for callers so it's great to know that if emergencies arise that the office will be accommodating. It should also be highlighted that the staff at Dental Serenity are great with young children, which can sometimes be challenging. My younger kids were afraid to go to the dentist prior to our visit, and now they can't wait to go back! Overall, the customer service and care truly exceeded my expectations and I am glad that Dental Serenity is my family's new dental home!
