My mother bought a jeep from Chip Wynn 2weeks ago and Chip was so nice and down to earth and he got mom the best deal for what her budget was..Chip was so personable! Then Billy Reed helped mom with all the dash functions and what all the buttons do lol he was so patient and so nice to mom then Billy took mom outside and slowly went over all the computer information she asked 100 questions and even after the 100th question Billy was still so patient and considerable...mom had to go back in a week and had more questions and there's Billy just as nice as can be answering more questions and telling mom to come back for anything else! Billy is Amazing! I've been with mom to just about every car lot around and mother has NEVER been treated so good! We are telling everyone we know to go to Chip Wynn my mothers experience was so honest and fair..you can't find that nowadays!

A fair and honest dealership. Only got 3 stars because i wasnt able to get worked out what i wanted at a fair to me price. They have helped out ppl i know when they needed cars, and they have been quality cars. But i buy what i want for a price i deem fair.

Before I say anything let it be said that I'm not angry, bitter or mad I've been through enough in life to not get worked up over minor things. I purchased a 2016 mustang a couple months ago, nice car, bought it as is and I get that. 2 months later the controller arm fails, not a huge repair bull but enough to notice. Seeing as how the car is only 2 months old I did go by the dealership to see if they could meet me halfway or even a third of the way just to retain a customer make a customer happy. None of that happened and I was pleasantly dismissed and that's fine. Having worked in retail and management for over 30 years when a customer has a problem if the problem is warranted you do what you can to satisfy them unfortunately that was not afforded to me. I am slightly displeased of course. In the future when I purchased my next vehicle i may or may not choose to purchase from Chip Wynn again.

Bought a used KIA from them couple years ago. I paid way too much for car because I believed the forged Carfax they showed me. Had l went home and downloaded an independent Carfax l could have saved $3,000.00

Well bought a truck from them and started having a lot of problems after day 3 with it. Called down there and was told 3 different times that the manager wasn't in. So I finally got to talk to one and told him about the electronic brake module code it pulled up on the scan tool and how my mechanic told me the codes were cleared previously and they told me to bring the truck up there to get it fixed. Well they told me they cleaned the sensor because that's what Chevy told them to do. Brake light and abs light is back on 2 days after they "fix the truck" and now are telling me it's up to me to fix because it was too expensive for them to do it. Mind you it's a safety issue and could cause my brakes to fail. Now the trans is slipping and the heater core is leaking. Thanks for the $16000 pos won't be back and probably going to talk to my lawyer about the truck I was sold.

Think again about buying from them. Will not stand behind their vehicles that they sell with issues because their certified techs "look them over in detail". Seems like this is a frequent thing they do to their customers reading through their reviews because they won't take responsibility on vehicles they sell with KNOWN problems. So, expect issues with your vehicle and don't pay too much for it because you'll be left with some major repairs soon after you drive it off the lot. What a joke.

We drove 54 mins only to get there when they opened to be told they sold the car they still had listed as available online a few days prior and then the salesman didn’t even offer to show us anything else on the car lot. Not a good way to do business especially when there are multiple other lots right beside you for people to do business with.

I bought a car from there and it started off great. The staff was friendly and made buying a car a great experience. Unfortunately now I wish I had gone to a different car dealership. The car I bought from there has had one issue after another. Honestly it's becoming ridiculous!!
