Before I say anything let it be said that I'm not angry, bitter or mad I've been through enough in life to not get worked up over minor things. I purchased a 2016 mustang a couple months ago, nice car, bought it as is and I get that. 2 months later the controller arm fails, not a huge repair bull but enough to notice. Seeing as how the car is only 2 months old I did go by the dealership to see if they could meet me halfway or even a third of the way just to retain a customer make a customer happy. None of that happened and I was pleasantly dismissed and that's fine. Having worked in retail and management for over 30 years when a customer has a problem if the problem is warranted you do what you can to satisfy them unfortunately that was not afforded to me. I am slightly displeased of course. In the future when I purchased my next vehicle i may or may not choose to purchase from Chip Wynn again.
