So I've called camerstuff and was assisted by Lesedi, this bra went over and above to assist me. I was looking for a QR plate which was not in stock. there was an alternative for the tripod and after I advised him that it could work he went and tested the product to ensure it works, then called me back and let me know. he took initiative far beyond other companies that I deal with. he wasn't just after the sale he wanted me to he satisfied with my purchase and I am. we need more enployees like this in our teams. we'll done on a great job with this young man.
