Fantastic customer service from Ross. I bought a refurbished Godox flash that turned out to have a faulty screen. I asked if I could just pay the difference and swap it for a new unit. No problems at all. Courier collected the faulty flash from me on Monday in Durban and the new flash arrived on Wednesday. Highly recommend Camera Stuff
