A huge and well-deserved shout-out to the fantastic Camerastuff team ! Towards the end of their June-July Sale I took advantage to purchase a bundle from them. The process logistics were outstanding and I was kept informed all the way as to the progress of the transaction until delivery, which was superfast as well – less than 24 hours. However, some of the specifications on the web advertisement and the images were different from the actual products received due to an apparent change by the OEM in China, but my decision to buy was strongly influenced by the ads. I brought this under the attention of Brett, and he and his team, specifically Leanne, immediately responded in the most professional and amazing way. The ‘wrong’ product was picked up by the courier from my house, and this morning the expected products were delivered. Yet again, the Camerastuff Team rose above expectation and walked the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Thank you very much ! You set standards few manage to meet. (I don't know why this was not posted. I wanted to compliment the Team again and then this window came up. User error...)
