The quality of the gear is top-notch, especially their lighting equipment and studio accessories. You can tell they really know what photographers are looking for. Fairly and competitive, especially for the Godox range and other pro-level gear.

The patience that Ross had with me was unimaginable! My knowledge of tech stuff is below zero.
