I went into the shop to ask for help with my ring light which was broken and I was helped by a really friendly man. The service was so amazing! He was extremely helpful, took out the screws in my light to check what the problem was and then told me what I need to buy to fix it, he then packaged the screws in a bag and sealed it. He didn’t make me pay a cent and I left feeling so catered for. Thank you so much for excellent service!
