The food was great. You should know that it is not made to order. Everything is pre-made and they can heat it up in a toaster oven or a microwave. They can only heat the bread and sandwiches in the toaster oven so if you don't like microwave food you're going to have to eat the bowls cold. Otherwise it was a great experience

I had the Dubai chocolate latte with 3 pumps instead of 4 and it was perfect. I will say it needed more of the pistachios flavor. Chocolate was overpowering. Cinnamon roll was good. Strawberry cream cheese bagel my niece enjoyed as well as the hot chocolate. She’s 4

My favorite coffee drinks in the city, for sure, and food that--while usually good--is very slightly hard to count on sometimes.
Their menu just changes surprisingly often, both in terms of items coming and going in general and day-to-day availability. (Also, I used to love one item sold by them and then I think their vendor changed how they make it, and now I kind of don't like it.)
I don't want the above to overshadow my positive feelings, though! I just want to include the one small critical note I have.
If I had to recommend a specific combo: Nutella latte and a brunch crunch wrap!

Gluten free breakfast sandwiches, with gluten free cookies (snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and oatmeal cream cookies)! Absolutely recommend
Staff was polite and were able to get our order warmed quickly! Absolutely delicious!
