I have just entered the place. It looks really clean with friendly staff. I will update you soon on the feedback. Update: I am giving it 4 stars as the portion is too small. I ended up ordering another meal which is the Korean Bowl, which is quite good but on the salty side.

Loved the flat bread and the pesto sauce!.. wish they had more vegetarian options in their mains. Desert was not so good. A bit pricey since the portions are small. Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff, enjoyed our dinner date here!
A must visit!
P.S: Wish they can extend their open hours, a lovely place and great location too!

On a slow afternoon after being lost in casinos for hours, I was tired and parched. I have bowel disease and cannot eat most of the foods found on the strip but when I came into True Foods I was fed a healthy meal with quality ingredients and felt good after. The iced latte was very tasty as well. It was also a treat talking with the staff who have a kind upbeat vibe, they introduced me to the mission statement by the owner when I asked about a book they had on display and was delighted to hear his story. North America needs more places like this! I would've given 5 stars but service was slow on a sleepy Saturday afternoon.

Food was pretty good but complex flavors. Server was friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern, relaxing, open floorplan made it nice and not over crowded. Parking a bit complicated though for this location.

Great place for healthy food options. Clean establishment with a very friendly atmosphere. Our server was wonderful! My meal was delicious. I gave Tru Food Kitchen four stars because I became violently ill after my meal. I don’t think my protein option (salmon) was fresh.

* GLUTEN FREE* DAIRY FREE* VEGAN* Seasonal menus . It's a bit pricey but they will accommodate your dietary needs. I get the margarita pizza with gluten free crust (extra crispy) with Almond ricotta cheese . So yummy.

The 2 eggs were delicious, the Penang curry was okay as it had too much lime juice and you couldn't taste anything but lime. 3 stars for the food and plus one for the good service.

Big space with healthy food options. Presentation is a little left to be desired though. Got the avocado toast and the seasonal bowl, both tasty. The horchata matcha is good; sweet but not overly sweet.

Pretty restaurants, my friends enjoyed her burger and I had ala carte salmon which was tasty and cooked just right and the cauliflower appetizer, that was good too. Would go back.

Menu choices were great. We shared the spinach, mushroom pizza (crust was perfect and crispy all the way through to the middle). Also shared spaghetti squash baked with mozzarella (delicious) and finally a dinosaur kale salad. The 2 drinks were watermelon lemonade and prickly pear cooler. It was just the right amount of food. Service was attentive and nice. The decor was bright and clean.

Overall happy with True Food. I think it is a little over priced for what you get, but the food tends to be pretty good. Some days the services is outstanding other it is par.

The burger was good, unusual place not someplace I normally go. The food is fresh but not much on menu I would eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. No soft drinks available just house made drinks. No fries or chips either.
