The service here is usually pretty terrible. Food is simple, not bad, but definitely not great. We actually figured out that it is easier to order food on your phone (using QR codes on the tables) rather than waiting for your server to come around. Coffee is ALWAYS served warm or cold, never hot. Barista has a stinky mood every time. Ambiance is the nicest around, hopefully they can one day get the rest in order.

Overpriced and over hyped. Healthy doesn't have to mean bland. I ordered a kale salad with tofu. It was basically a bowl of kale with a couple pieces of unseasoned tofu. It was not good.

The place was nice, everything was clean. Going in, I expected well made food with in season ingredients. The ingredients were good quality, but the food was bland and mediocre at best. I feel like the ratio on price to food quality is way off. The value of the food isn't worth the price charged, even factoring the labor included. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I think you could do so much more with the same ingredients and have things a lot more flavorful.

This is what you get for $20.50. Three halved sugar snap peas, ONE PIECE of “charred onion”, two pieces of portabello. The $5 up charge gets you roughly 3 ounces of unseasoned grilled chicken. I feel super ripped off right now.

Let me start with our waiter was great super nice and helpful. And the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The food was ok at most but most everything was a bit pricey even for a all natural kitchen. I had the chicken parm panini that was cooked with broccolini. One of the piece of broccolini was so hard I had difficulty cutting it with two hands when I showed our waiter. The waiter apologized but no one else. One of the people I was dining with attempted to order a Dog Fish Head IPA but the bartender came out and informed us they were sold out. Which is not a problem as I know they are switching menus as well as supply issues. When he came out he offered my friend items from their cocktail menu asking if she liked certain alcohols and when she said no to most of them and just stated she would like an IPA he said “So you don’t like anything. Stick with water then.” And just walked away. The last thing I want to mention is they state they source with integrity and that’s great but I feel like your impact stops when EVERY check you bring to the table has a paper advertisement paper clipped to it. Which is a lot when they mess up your check twice. Bringin 5 total piece of paper that are going straight into the (hopefully) recycling bin. I am not local but my friend who brought us is. We will not be returning and I don’t not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

We have eaten here before and it has been good, however as I write this, we have been waiting for our food, after ordering, for over an hour. Only two of us, nothing complex. A burger and lasagna. The tables around us, arrived after us, ordered, got their food, ate, and have left before we have our orders. We don’t understand why our order was taken an hour ago, and still not arrived. It’s a Monday night. We are pretty disappointed and probably won’t return after this.

This has been one of our favorite places to eat but just wasn’t up to decent this time around. It took an hour to be served and food didn’t come out the best as you can tell. Hopefully, they step it up next time.

It felt like we were forgotten costumers. After a 40min wait, we finally got our food and the shrimp tacos were cold, the poke bowl looked low quality.

The service has been random enough that this is my 3rd and final edit. I may order take out, but will never eat in the restaurant again. The service was very poor, and management made excuses for food that I know was inaccurate. Good food though, everyone we take here likes it a lot. The lasagna is the best thing on the menu in my opinion.

On Sunday, December 10, 2023, my family and I went to True Food Kitchen at 10970 Rosemary Park Drive in downtown Summerlin. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 15-minute wait, we said fine and waited for our table. After being seated, at least 10 minutes went by before our waitress came, and that was only after I asked the hostess if anyone was working our area. My wife and I ordered Ancient Grains bowls with Steak as our protein, and our daughter ordered a Burger. After about 30 minutes our food arrived, and my food - the grains and sweet potatoes were cold. Not cool or room temperature, but cold; the Steak and snap beans that accompanied the dish, warmed the grains and sweat potatoes up a bit. I mentioned the issue to our waitress (Angela), who asked if I wanted her to return the plate, to which I declined, but asked if I could speak with a manager to express my dissatisfaction with the service. The manager never came, but offered us desert free of charge; not wanting to press the issue, we accepted the offer of dessert “on the house” We ordered a single slice of cake and one scoop of ice cream, while we were still eating dinner. When the bill came, we paid the bill and gave a tip. After 30 minutes, I asked our waitress if she could check on our desert and send over the manage, as 30 minutes seemed fairly long to cut a piece of cake and scoop up some ice cream. The manager came over, mentioned that they were shorthanded and a bit busy, my response was that's understandable, but you're not really "preparing food" in this case, it's just a slice of cake; her response was she would check on our order. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I was done with the establishment. I found the manager and told her we did not want the desert, she said she would refund my money. There was never an apology or anything from the manager, and a half-hearted apology from the waitress for the cold food. I will never eat or patronize any True Food Kitchen establishment again, least of all the establishment located at 10979 Rosemary Park Drive in Las Vegas; the service was horrible, food was cold, and staff was incompetent, unprofessional, and without empathy for ruining our family night! I would leave ZERO STARS if Google Reviews allowed me to! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

we were told they were short staffed so we couldnt have a drink at the BAR while we waited for our table. the millennials apparently love this place but if your not sensitive enough to understand how hard the poor bartenders have to work maybe skip it. update...dinner sucked too. didnt get the waters. the food was bland and horrible. youre darn right that wasnt my mothers meatloaf...it wasnt even meatloaf. seriously, first and last.

Waited over half an hour for 3 butternut squash pizzas WITHOUT CRANBERRIES, because my daughter & my granddaughter & I are allergic. They had to remake them because ALL 3 pizzas had CRANBERRIES on them. Waited another 35 minutes for fresh pizzas without CRANBERRIES and came home with this!! 3 pizzas covered in CRANBERRIES!!!! Never write bad reviews bad I am smoldering with anger at this point because my order was over $80.00!! Normally LOVE this place and their food. I have pictures of the pizzas but I do not know how to post them. SO pathetic, I know. Figured out how to add photos! By the way ALL those black spots are CRANBERRIES!

July 15th, 2023 at 9:30pm, 2 returning guests, 501/1, Century City location. The salad ordered Heirloom Tom & Watermelon was EXTREMELY spicy. Even my partner was surprise how spicy was the salad. Was not first time eating at this place and the salad, we were familiar with the menu, but did not expect the dish to do not respect the recipe. We notified our waiter and he played ping pong with the salad bowl, between be taken from the table or to be left on the table. I informed we will pay for salad, no problem, but we cannot eat it. My ordered lemonade never came. I ended up asking for a tap water, my mouth was burning from so much spicy condiments. Spinach & Mushroom Pizza had red spicy condiment in abundance. The Edamame Guacamole had pepper in excess, but tolerable. 10:00pm closing time, one employee started swiping around us, on the patio, we were 3 tables left with clients, so I understood the message, and as a good patron, I gave them my card to be charged for my dinner. 10:05pm: Our waiter came just with the Invoice of charge in amount of $102.93. Wow! Surprise! 1 Pizza, 1 salad, 1 guacamole and 2 beers = $102.93. I ask for an itemized bill, so 7 minutes later, some else came with the bill and a different Invoice, total amount $63.51. Yes, this amount was accurate. They told me an adjustment was made, they did not explain me how, reimbursement, partial refund, or... wherever. Sadly, nice place, it was ruined by a lack of professionalism, maybe a training will help. I need to follow up with the credit card institution now. We won't visit them again.
