Had a great experience overall - all instructions on the how-to's, what-to's were provided at the start and from then on, it's pretty much just making sure you wear it for the prescribed period. I liked that there was no need to make visits to the dentist except at the start and the end - this totally suited me and what more during a pandemic.
This is a great option - but know that ideally, you'll have to floss and brush your teeth after most meals. It's not something to underestimate but seeing how your teeth straighten is VERY satisfying I'd say.
