Started my journey with Zenyum mainly because I wanted a quick and convenient way to straighten my teeth at an affordable price.
The whole process was made even smoother with the help of Kristofer, as he really guided me through each and every stage of the entire process. It was also nice to know that someone was always readily available if I needed assistance! Would definitely recommend this to others who want a fuss-free experience on their journey to finding their perfect smile :)

Overall, my experience with Zenyum has been great - the aligners are way more affordable than other brands and effective too. The customer service has also been prompt and I was always able to have my questions or concerns addressed within a few days.
My only qualm is that it can be difficult to get an appointment at their partner dental clinics. The earliest time slot available always seem to be at least 4 weeks away for me. Perhaps this is due to their popularity :)

I decided to use Zenyum because it was more cost effective. They were always prompt and I always got a quick and helpful reply frm Kristofer or the previous customer service officer. They also introduced me to a really good dentist which was fortunate because in the midst of treatment, I had some dental issues that needed fixing fast. The actual zenyum aligners worked well. Some sets had some rough edges but it was easily sanded off with a nail buffer. The treatment duration wasn’t that long and my teeth really straightened out as they showed it would. So I am quite happy!

My treatment plan was 200 days for 20 sets of aligners. The overall experience was fuss-free and easy to navigate, and the result amazing! Growing up, I was never one with bright toothy smiles as I have a very obvious overlapping canine tooth. Zenyum Alingers has fixed this for me and I am overjoyed and cannot stop smiling, literally. The Zenyum team has been wonderful and supportive through the 200 days. Thank you Fizah for the wonderful support and reassurance.

I'm currently on my fifth (of 18) aligners and I'm extremely happy with how everything is going so far - from the consultation to customer service and to the actual progress of my teeth straightening journey! The app has been great as well in keeping track with what aligner I'm on and when I should be changing my aligners. Can't wait to see the final results!

Pleasant and friendly service consultant. I was being served by Meiru and she attended to my queries promptly! The first 3D scan was also impressive! Looking forward to receive my aligners and straightener teeth ☺️
