Currently waiting for my aligners to be ready; have already completed my consultation and received the outline of my treatment plan. Customer service has been excellent so far (thanks Shafeeq!) and I am excited to start my journey with Zenyum. Will update this space once I've completed :)

I've made payment and am currently awaiting my set of corrective aligners (takes about 3 – 4 weeks time). The whole process was rather seamless, from sending photos of your teeth at various angles to their WhatsApp hotline to get a free assessment, to a single appointment at their preferred partner clinic. Their customer care officers (Amirah was the one who helped me out) were super attentive and always more than happy to answer any questions. At times they may seem a little pushy, but I understand the need to close sales.
I'm happy that they were always transparent about the pricing and payments required. The 3D simulation of how my teeth alignment would change over 9 months was pretty cool and easy to see.
Will update this review midway and at the end of the entire process! So far so good :)
UPDATES: I have come to the end of my Zenyum journey and I'm pretty happy with the results here are some photos of my before and after. The entire process was kept pretty simple with not more than 3-4 visits to the dentist for simple adjustments. I would definitely recommend Zenyum to those on a budget.
