Chose Zenyum for the price and a promo they were having back then. There were some delays along the way because of covid (can't be helped), but Kristofer and team stepped in to help explain, assure and move things along with the appointments and aligners. Would recommend Zenyum for its quick response customer service, and a job well done for straightening my teeth.

Decided to give Zenyum a try after reading so many good reviews online :) It is affordable, convenient and most importantly, able to transform my teeth and smile in a much shorter period of time (merely 3 month for my case) comparing to other teeth straightening options I've considered. The whole process has been a breeze with the help of Zenyum customer care executive, Kristofer. And not to mention, every visit to Zenyum's appointed clinic, NoFrills clinic has been a pleasant one, Dr. Joshua has been very patient with all the questions i had. I'm very happy with the outcome of my smile transformation and will definitely recommend Zenyum to my friends.

My experience was awesome. Got in because of the price, shortened duration, and with just changing the aesthetics of my teeth in mind, Zenyum seemed like the perfect fit and I wasn't wrong! Even my personal dentist herself said she was surprised how Zenyum managed to align my teeth so well within such a short period of time.

After I got Zenyum did I really understand what they meant. Kristofer was seriously prompt in answering my messages, no matter how small or ludicrous they might be, and that really enhanced my experience with Zenyum as a company that truly takes care of its customers, and I would definitely recommend such a company to my friends. I have used zenyum for around 5 months, coming to the end of the treatment now. Got them since they are more affordable and transparent. Process was smooth and I'm really liking the end results. Nobody even noticed I was wearing the aligners until I told them a few months into wearing them. Kristofer, my customer care executive was prompt in responding to my queries throughout the process. Would definitely recommend zenyum.
