Have only good stuff to say at this point. Waiting for my aligners to arrive! Have been in touch with Shafeeq since day 1, he has been so professional and prompt with his responses. All information provided were adequate to make quick decisions at my end. 5 stars for Zenyum at this point just for their customer service. Will come back with another review once I receive my aligners!

Highly recommended! One of my front upper tooth had a severe protrusion which was really an eyesore. After researching online for clear aligners, I decided to choose Zenyum mainly because of its reasonable pricing and positive testimonials from users. Fast forward after 6 month, I completed my Zenyum journey and I never been happier of my smile now! Aligners are awaiting production. Customer service is great, Shafeeq gives prompt replies, is transparent about pricing and answers all my questions sincerely and elaborately! Their collaboration with the partnering clinics is rather seamless as well :)
