I just finished all my Zenyum aligners. Overall it is a nice experience! Zenyum is much more affordable than other invisible aligners in the market but the results are equally good! The entire process is quite professional with dentists involved. Shas provided me with a lot of help during the entire treatment and I really appreciate it: )

Decided to try out Zenyum to do some minor straightening for my teeth. Shafeeq, the head of customer success, is really fast with his replies and work closely with me to guide me on getting the clinic consultation done, treatment plans and payment. He did a really good follow up even after my clinic consultation. Will definitely recommend this to whoever that is considering Zenyum as it makes u feel safe and that this is legit. In addition, they will answer your query when in doubt. Hopefully all will go well when I start my treatment. :)

Am currently awaiting for my aligners. Like everyone mentioned, they provide great customer service. Nichole is especially kind and helpful, and I always receive speedy and efficient replies from her. Zenyum is very transparent on the costs of their services, and is also honest about what they can and cannot promise.

Starting my journey with Zenyum about a week.. a very helpful and pro active team from my first enquiry was attended by Azreen. She was very helpful by providing all the nearest clinic to me and helped with all the arrangement and reminder. Not to forget the treatment plan was visualised so that you know how it will goes about. Dentist was so helpful with all the knowledge and guidance so that i am worry-less about the journey... the consistent update of the progress by Daryl keep me worry free.
