Generally happy with the service and great value for money. Kristofer was great and very responsive. That said I wish there was advanced warning about the potential ramifications of the aligners i.e. black triangle has formed on teeth.

Overall a good experience - Kristofer provided good customer service (which can be hard to come by in Singapore), and the process was smooth, especially with the app. My results are nothing to complain about!
Things to improve - more treatment plans. I only needed to realign my front teeth, but had to pay full price... There must be a market for people like me who want minor adjustments after having had braces long ago. Also, I wish I could’ve had other dentist options, as the person I had to see for my in-person consultation was unfriendly and pushed extra procedures.
Still, I thought the service, price relative to competitors, and COVID friendly remote treatment was worth it.

My experience with Zenyum has been smooth and pleasant so far. Meiru, my customer service personnel, has been especially helpful with getting back to me on my scans and my treatment plan (I was contacted literally a day after I submitted my pre-assessment pictures which was surprisingly fast). Moreover, even after I ran into several issues with payment, she patiently helped me to resolve and look for alternative solutions to proceed. Some people say that the affordable pricing comes at a trade-off of a non-existent customer service, but this is not the case with Zenyum rn.

I choose Zenyum because it is affordable, convenient and most importantly it works! I am super satisfied with the entire process, I get to track my progress through the app and the staff is always helpful for whatever questions I have. It only took 4 months for me to complete all the sets, which is a plus! Would definitely recommend Zenyum!

Love the affordable price of Zenyum! Staffs are friendly and so is the dentist. However, since there were some steps involved (e.g. pre-purchase, finance, post-purchase), I have to contact different staffs at different steps. Generally very satisfied with the service but was caught off guard when I was told to continue my last set of aligners until the retainers are ready in about a month time, didn’t expect the production time to be this long.
