Indeed, the entire journey with Zenyum was amazing, the customer service agent was very helpful with questions and prompt in responding. My Zenyum journey lasted for about 3 months. What made me decide to go ahead with them are the convenience and friendly pricing it brings as compared to traditional braces. I like the fact that you do not have to frequently visit back to the dentist as the aligners for the whole treatment will be made and handed over to you. Definitely recommending this if you want a fuss free experience as well as not burning a hole in your pocket!

Came across Zenyum after I did my braces elsewhere few years ago. I wasn’t really satisfied with my braces outcome and so I reached out to Zenyum! Did a online assessment/consultation with them and I would say it’s hassle free! They are prompt in replies, answered all my inquires and doubts (including my appointed dentist, Dr Eileen Hoo from iDental Ubi). They are helpful in every way! Now, I’m all done with my aligners and zen stages, I’m onto making 3 sets bundle retainers!

I've yet to get started on my treatment, but my interactions with Zenyum the pre-treatment phase have already been fantastic. You know a company prides themselves in customer satisfaction when they have a "Customer Success" team. Zenyum could be a textbook case study of what customer-centric practice is, from the little details to bigger gestures like proactive service recovery. But more than the service experience, the quality of service has been excellent as well. Nothing feels too rushed, and the team has been meticulous in their planning. Can't comment yet on the treatment results, but for what it has been up till now, I've been pleased with Zenyum!
