My husband recently bought me a gorgeous Sapphire and Diamond ring in Rocks Stillorgan for my 40th birthday! Big shout out to all the staff, in particular Cathy, who were really brilliant at helping him choosing the right ring, it's fab! I have since been in to have it sized and they couldn't have been nicer!

Arrived into Rocks in a panic the other day as I realised that one of the stones in my eternity ring was loose. The ring was too tight to remove and my finger was swollen so a very nice gentleman (Ken, I think was his name) in the shop gently cut it off for me.
Ali reassured me that they would look after it for me and gave me a receipt. The next day Aoife phoned to let me know what the options were and recommended that I wait until my finger was no longer swollen before coming in to be measured for the resizing. I have to say, I felt so well looked after from the moment I arrived to the follow up call. No rushing me to make a decision. Would highly recommend Aoife, Ali, Ken and all the team at Rocks.

I have recently got engaged and my now Fiancé purchased my dream engagement ring at Rocks! I am just obsessed with it, it is absolutely stunning! I have had had so many compliments & everyone says how sparkly it is✨My fiancé reported that the staff at Rocks were so helpful and friendly when purchasing the engagement ring. I visited the store after the engagement to ensure that the ring was the correct size for me etc. & the staff were all so lovely! I would definitely recommend visiting Rocks.

I’ve been shopping in Rocks for a few years now - as a fairly last minute gift buyer, they’ve rescued me a number of times! I bought a beautiful bracelet there for my goddaughter’s christening, as well as a stunning pair of earrings for a friend’s impending big birthday. With my own big birthday looming, I popped in last week to look for ideas to give my husband - thanks to Aoife’s help and patience I left with enough ideas to see him through birthdays and Christmases for the next few years. I also picked up my daughter’s communion gift - a very successful trip!

We had the best experience with Michael and Eimear! They made us feel so special from start to finish! We went in to view engagement rings and ended up creating a bespoke option! Consultations with Michael were so helpful and nothing was ever too much of an ask! Cant wait to go back and select our bands! We are customers for life now :)

Couldn't recommend Rocks Jewellers enough. I didn't have an appointment and they were very accommodating even on a busy day. Carol put me at ease, was very helpful and provided a personal touch. She is a credit to the company.

I would highly recommend Carol at Rocks Jewellers, Grafton St. My partner Gavin bought my ring here last week and Carol helped him pick perfectly! We both headed into store today to make sure sizing etc was right and she was so so helpful, offering refreshments and taking her time to explain everything once more. Thank you Carol ⭐️

We had a fantastic experience in Rocks. Eimear in the Grafton Street Store was really knowledgeable and professional. We felt that Rocks was the best engagement ring experience that we had compared with other jewellers. We were brought to a private space and shown rings that fitted with what we liked. The experience was topped off by a glass of bubbly!

We were choosing an engagement ring and had already tried a few shops in Dublin but had the best experience at Rocks. We knew roughly what we were looking for and Ines at Rocks was very helpful in guiding us to our final selection. The selection process was very enjoyable, we got helpful advice and there was no pressure to make a decision (something experienced in other jewellers). We would highly recommend.
The ring we chose is perfect and we are both very happy! It features lab grown diamonds which was a preference of ours too.

I visited Rocks Jewellers yesterday on a busy Saturday evening after spotting a stunning ring in their window display. Despite walking in without an appointment and making it clear that I wasn't purchasing that day, the staff were incredibly welcoming. Eimear, in particular, was a delight to work with. She was friendly, approachable, and took the time to show me various styles of diamond engagement rings that suited my preferences.
The experience was exceptional, and I left feeling confident that I had found my perfect engagement ring. I would definitely return to Rocks Jewellers when the time comes to make my purchase. Michael and Nicola are the most incredible people in the industry. Nothing less than absolute professionals and truly kind, wonderful people.
Michael made my dream wedding band exactly how I had wanted. He also made my beautiful engagement ring 4 years prior, He is an absolute perfectionist!.
Nicola has been wonderful throughout, from helping my partner choose his ring to popping in for a chat or getting my ring cleaned. There is never any hassle. The whole team in store are always so kind and helpful.
I would also like to say thank you to the fabulous Eimear, who has always been a pleasure to deal with in store and helped me picking my bridesmaid gifts more recently. Always leave smiling!

We stumbled into Rocks with no appointment or any real plan for what I wanted as an engagement ring but I had spotted an oval in the window that was to die for and within our budget. Eimear was so kind and helpful and steered me towards a ring I wouldn’t have put on in a heartbeat and I fell in love. She had me try on loads of different styles to make sure I was 100% and encouraged me to go and have a think about it. We called about 20 minutes after we left Rocks and asked them to put it aside for us and Eimear was so excited with me on the phone. The next day we came back and Ines took care of us and couldn’t have made the day any more special for us, she’s so fab. I’ve been back to the shop since to have my ring resized and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and I’m looking forward to popping in for a steam clean for years to come and to buy our wedding bands! All in all, such a warm welcoming shop and a fantastic experience that we’ll remember forever

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rocks Jewellers to purchase my engagement ring with my partner. I can not praise the experience enough, especially due to the exceptional service provided by Jean. From the moment I walked in, Jean made me feel completely at ease. Shopping for engagement rings can be an overwhelming experience, but she makes it an exciting and memorable one. What really stood out to me was that Jean took the time to patiently guide me through the various options, styles, and cuts without any pressure. I found my dream ring with her help. At no point in the process did I feel like it was a sale to her. She was focused on educating me about the rings and making the entire process feel really personal.
Jean was incredibly patient, allowing me to take my time to make a decision I felt truly comfortable with. I went into the shop to view the ring 3 times before walking out with it on my hand, and every time I did, I was met with the same amazing treatment. Jean took the time to go through all the after care and answer all my questions. The after care services provided by the store were the cherry on top, knowing that after the purchase they are still there to support you in keeping it looking its best. By the time I left the store, I felt confident and delighted with my choice, all thanks to the exceptional service I received.

What a GEM of a store. My husband and I went to Rocks Grafton Street to get my engagement ring resized (he got it a couple of years ago from another Rocks store), and the level of service we got was amazing. Nicola and her team were SUPER speedy at resolving the issue (we live abroad and were in Dublin only for one day), Nicola gave me so many tips on how to best look after my ring to avoid future frustrations and we left so happy with a beautiful ring that looks like new (even though it's vintage) and now fits really well. Really recommend this place and the team here. Thank you Nicola and team!

Jean gave me great information on my ring some i would have not known.Also i was well informed on the care or my ring and the very good after sales.
