After spending the day feeling overwhelmed with all the choice of rings, we arrived at rocks where we were made feel so welcome. Judith listened to what I was looking for and what budget, she brought a lovely selection and gave the time and space to try them on. Having felt a bit lost through the day, I started to get excited again and get a clearer idea of what I wanted. I returned the next day and Jean pulled my file and brought up the same rings which I decided to go for the solitaire ring.
I cannot recommend the service in rocks enough, we were made feel special and like a valued customer. Thank you to rocks for helping me choose my ring, Judith and Jean were both so genuine and kind, I knew I was in good hands!

Having seen an engagement ring we liked passing by in the window, we went in to meet with Jean and quickly realised we could also adapt our preferred ring to be our ideal choice.
