I got my engagement ring in Rocks jewellers. Thank you to Jackie who we had the pleasure of dealing with. She is a credit to Rocks, so friendly, knowledgable, helpful and a true professional. She has a great way of helping you pick the ring of your dreams. In fact the first ring I picked out of the tray she showed me was the ring I kept going back to and eventually bought!
The customer service is outstanding in Rocks, they are in a league of their own on Grafton Street. I can't wait to come back to pick out my wedding bands next year!

Extremely helpful picking our wedding rings, couldn't recommend Rocks enough. My fiance bought my engagement ring there & I've never seen anything more beautiful. I was so delighted with it. They had so many different types of wedding bands & the staff were so helpful. They made us feel at ease in choosing the most suitable rings. Bought our engagement and wedding rings from Rocks on Grafton street. On both occasions we had the pleasure of dealing with Jackie. From the first time in the store we were put at ease and buying the engagement rings Jackie put no pressure on us and if anything did the complete opposite. The wee bit of champagne was a nice touch also :).
Our wedding rings were also perfect and after bounding Annitas engagement and wedding rings together we required a slight alteration and resizing which Jackie and Michael dealt with so swiftly and professionally and even shipped to our nearest store.
