We purchased our engagement ring on Saturday and I couldn't speak highly enough of Judith, Carol and the rest of the Rocks team. Straight away from when we arrived we were made feel at ease and Judith listened to us and instantly knew what we needed. The ring she choose to show us was exactly what we were looking for and instantly we knew it was the one. She answered any questions we had and we didn't feel pressured in anyway. The overall customer experience was excellent and the quality and design of our ring is amazing. I will be recommending Rocks to friend and family in the future.

I cannot tell you how unbelieveably delighted I am with my Engagement ring. We worked with Michael and he knew exactly what I was describing, and his finished product is seriously stunning, an incredible Jeweller. Coming from a strong customer service background my expectations are extremely high and very rarely meet. The staff at the grafton Street branch and sinead in the stillorgan branch excelled. So efficient and nothing I asked of them was a problem. It was the first time I used rocks and I will only using them from now on. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful shop run by knowledgeable staff. Betty and Robbie helped me get my Omega watch fixed up yesterday and they did a super job. They service my vintage watches regularly and their work is top notch. Wouldn't dream of taking my business anywhere else.

Massive thanks to the team at Rocks Jewellers for producing the most amazing engagement ring and wedding bands for us recently. Micheal, in their Grafton Street store, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions and provided advice on how the rings could look. He showed me a number of designs & also got me to try on similar rings along the lines of what I was describing to ensure he fully understood exactly what I wanted.
His patience, helpfulness & advice made me feel at ease and I knew I was going to receive the rings I dreamed of. We weren't wrong, the rings are amazing and so unique. I've now just received an eternity ring complementing my wedding band as a gift on the arrival of our son. I couldn't be happier with the complete look and I love my bespoke rings.

I recently purchased my engagement ring in Rocks Jewellers and I was extremely impressed with them. We had appointments in other jewellers a few weeks prior and Rocks was the best by a mile. Judith looked after us and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She really was a great help. I have had an excellent experience dealing with the staff of Rocks Jewellers on Grafton Street. I recently purchased a ring for my wife, which she has received many compliments on. I worked with Judith and Carol on this purchase, both very helpful. This experience led me to use them again to have the diamond on my wife's engagement ring reset in a more contemporary arrangement. Michael Rocks, the jeweller in Grafton Street store, worked closely with both of us to get exactly what we wanted. The setting was custom made from a photo we brought in, and we are both delighted with the finished product. Again, the workmanship and service were exceptional, and we were charged a very fair price.

Staff extremely helpful brought aunt to lots of jewellers she has been searching for earrings with particular backing for ages couldn't find them anywhere. They changed backing on earrings she liked to the ones she wanted , made an elderly lady very happy . Would highly recommend them,going back next week to get rings sized.
