I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rocks Jewellers to purchase my engagement ring with my partner. I can not praise the experience enough, especially due to the exceptional service provided by Jean. From the moment I walked in, Jean made me feel completely at ease. Shopping for engagement rings can be an overwhelming experience, but she makes it an exciting and memorable one. What really stood out to me was that Jean took the time to patiently guide me through the various options, styles, and cuts without any pressure. I found my dream ring with her help. At no point in the process did I feel like it was a sale to her. She was focused on educating me about the rings and making the entire process feel really personal.
Jean was incredibly patient, allowing me to take my time to make a decision I felt truly comfortable with. I went into the shop to view the ring 3 times before walking out with it on my hand, and every time I did, I was met with the same amazing treatment. Jean took the time to go through all the after care and answer all my questions. The after care services provided by the store were the cherry on top, knowing that after the purchase they are still there to support you in keeping it looking its best. By the time I left the store, I felt confident and delighted with my choice, all thanks to the exceptional service I received.
I would highly recommend visiting Rocks Jewellers. The experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to returning in the future!

What a GEM of a store. My husband and I went to Rocks Grafton Street to get my engagement ring resized (he got it a couple of years ago from another Rocks store), and the level of service we got was amazing. Nicola and her team were SUPER speedy at resolving the issue (we live abroad and were in Dublin only for one day), Nicola gave me so many tips on how to best look after my ring to avoid future frustrations and we left so happy with a beautiful ring that looks like new (even though it's vintage) and now fits really well. Really recommend this place and the team here. Thank you Nicola and team!

After visiting Rocks jewellers in Grafton street, And purchasing a 3 stone Diamond ring, with great help from jean, who was very friendly , i felt at ease, no presure. Jean gave me great information on my ring some i would have not known.Also i was well informed on the care or my ring and the very good after sales. Beautiful shop great staff , I will definitly be back.I am truly delighted with my ring.

Robbie was so patient as we went through various styles and offered his advice throughout which was super helpful. I had such a fabulous and relaxing experience picking my engagement ring in Rocks Jewellers. The wonderful Lorraine kindly helped with the process. She is super professional and listened attentively to what I wanted and didn’t want and in return I got the ring of my dreams. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. I love the intimate quiet area upstairs away from other customers. There you have time with your fiancé to try on rings and admire them all in the mirror. Highly recommend.
