If you haven't been to the Boardroom, you are missing out on an experience. Veronica does a great job with both the Benchmark and the Express. She is super-friendly and very professional. I look forward to my visits, because I know I will leave there with a sharp look (thanks to Veronica) and a refreshed outlook for the rest of the day.

I’ve been a Boardroom member for 3 months and I was excited to see a West End location. This is now my go to salon. From day 1 the staff has been polite, professional, and they give a fantastic haircut. My go to girl is Veronica. She does the best “benchmark” service and, in fact, sets a new benchmark at a higher level. She does an amazing facial and arm massage and I highly encourage anyone to visit this location.
