This is one of the worst firms to work with. They have filed wrong taxes for me and for the last 3 weeks have been passing the case. They dont have team left to file a simple amendment and close the case. Because of firms like this its better to go a nearby CPA rather then companies who are just on phone with no local support and closes shop next day they get the money.
