His price was extremely reasonable and kept me informed of everything he was doing the entire time. If this issue happens again I know how to fix it. I am happy I found this company instead of going to a larger company where the service would surely not be as personable.

A few weeks ago we had these guys fix our washing machine and we couldn't be happier with the service. They replied to us right away, had us send pictures of the problem so they could get started diagnosing immediately, and made a service visit within hours. The diagnosis was quick and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. After several weeks, it is safe to say the repair was a good one. Pricing was very competitive. We'll be contacting these guys for any appliances that break in the future. Really pleased to find such a good, reliable company.
