I approached a broker to apply for an unsecured loan of $35,000. AusLoans were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. The online support was excellent and completing the loan application was easy to follow. Throughout the process, Sian H. from AusLoans, was wonderful and friendly. She always followed up with emails and return phone calls to help me complete filling a DocuSign form online. I am very happy with the lender, Wisr Finance Pty Ltd and completed the loan process very quickly.

Luke Walsh specifically was incredibly patient and professional. I had tough time frames, restrictions on my communication due to schedule, I was as naive as someone can be regarding getting a loan and I was impatient at times. Luke breezed through all of that and considering customer service industry is at best a sea of mediocrity it was a nice experience dealing with a more than competent human being on the other end. He met every issue head on speedily.

Jenaya,Shelby, Kim are the best team to work with. They made the process easy and seamless. I was in my new car faster than I could blink. These guys deserve an award for what they do. Other banks and car finance services rejected my application and was asking for too much just to approve the loan. I searched online and AUSLOAN came up and I applied and and less than 5 mins a consultant contacted me and started working on my loan immediately. They asked for relevant documents and in less than 24hrs I was approved for my loan. I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t sit on this without letting people know what these guys do to make your dream come to life. Keep up the good work Jenaya
