I just wanted to say that I have been dealing with Tia Cavanagh who is based in Brisbane whilst being located in Perth. Tia has been proactive and responsive the whole way through. (7 months process from ordering the car to delivery despite being told 3 months!)
In addition, she has remained professional and persistent when dealing with a particularly difficult dealership. Whilst the dealership has not once phoned me to update me on the process, Tia has kept in touch regularly to see where we are without being pushy.
I will certainly be recommending Tia /Ausloans to our friends and family. The overall cost of the Loan was only slightly better than offered by the dealership but my customer experience was far superior.
Tia was calm and explained all areas of the loan products on offer and answered my questions quickly.
