After being rejected by my bank for stupid reasons I spoke to Lachlan, who happily talked me through where my previous application with my bank likely went wrong, he was able to look at my file and elaborate what happened , and this also exposed some untruths that my bank manager told me. Lachy then assessed my situation and came back with pre approval for more than twice what I needed to spend if I chose to go higher. This made everything easier , allowed me to not be as fussy if I had to do, and gave me some leverage to use in gaining a better price. I ended up going straight to a vehicle I planned on buying a month ago , and was able to get a better price. Lachlan went above and beyond to help me at any hour , and as I am time poor , he worked extremely fast to get the process completed within 48 hours. Kicking myself for not speaking to him sooner! Extremely happy with Lachlan's service and next time I will plan better as to not put so much pressure on the poor bloke .
