A 5 star experience. My broker Shaun Farley was all over the application process from the start. Highly experienced, he elicited the information he needed to frame a successful application. He was open and attentive, honest in his opinion and very straightforward and uncomplicated in his explanations and advice. A fabulous customer experience!! As for the Ausloans process itself, it doesn't come either easier or faster! Most information was input either by Shaun, who would email clearly labelled documents for signing, or by app. Then the loan result came through within the hour.
