Eddie is now known as “Eddie the Stinger” at my house. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know when he was arriving. He was on time. He put on his wasp hazard suit, gathered information from me and then got to work. He’s thorough, informative, reassuring and friendly. I received a full report with instructions (verbal and email) from him. My family’s safety was important to him. He took down a German wasp nest and sprayed the shrub that is being swarmed by foraging bald face hornets. He assured me their nest is not on my property. The process was fun and interesting to watch from inside the house! Eddie really is a pest assassin. Very satisfied with company and service. Thank you!

I called Pest Assassins when the ‘big brand’ pest control company was not working for me anymore. I spoke with Sean, who assured me the issues I had with the other company would not happen with his company, and he was right!
I’ve had ongoing issues with mice in my attic and Sean has been wonderful, coming out to the house whenever we had them and searching diligently for where they were entering. He found the microscopic hole every time. He is extremely knowledgeable about all pests that can enter a home and knows how to find where they are getting in.
I have issues with poisoning the mice and Sean listened to my concerns and found other ways to rid my home of the mice. He also gave us instructions on what we could do to help prevent the mice from getting in and we followed his instructions each time. Our home is now mouse free.
Whenever I call or email about an issue, I’m on the schedule within a day or two. The service is fantastic and each technician who has come to the house has been knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
