Matthew was very professional. He explained to me what was occurring at the site where the bees were going behind the wood and how to prevent future nests. He walked the perimeter of the house just to have a look. We just has a new heat pump system installed and the company put in these runs to cover the drain pipes. He suggested simply to put in steel wool to avoid mice in the attic and house; something I didn't even think of. We also also talked about termites as the prior owner of the house had them in the past; something we might take into consideration in the future. Matt: thank you for all of your help.
