Jarrod was amazing. He called ahead to see if he could arrive early, which is always a good thing. He listened patiently as we described the problem we were having and what we had done so far. He went right to work and in a very short time came back and explained what he had done and why. He answered all of our questions and left us feeling that everything was resolved.
