Pest Assassins treats my rental property for pests. I have a contract with them. They show up quarterly, address any issues, send me a bill and my tenants are happy. I'm quite pleased with the situation.

Great customer service and always able to come out in a timely fashion. I also have pets so was worried if it was going to affect them in any way to get rid of pests but not harmful at all to my pets and gets the job done.
