First of all, it has to be said that this survey would not look the way it does if Garber didn’t employ someone like Keith in service. Keith is the reason that I continue to return to Garber when my vehicle needs to be serviced. I came in extremely disgruntled because my new Tahoe had a battery problem That was very inconsistent, but left me without a starting vehicle in some of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. Keith was sympathetic to that and did all he could to help me time and time again. This time due to Keith’s hard work and determination he was able to get the battery to duplicate and resolve the issue for me. Because of his understanding and the help of his boss, Tom, I was able to run the errands I needed to run while they kept my vehicle again. They were able to take care of the service that I needed to have attended to and make sure that I left Garber with a safe and reliable vehicle that I just purchased brand new in September. In my eyes, this shouldn’t have even been a conversation with my vehicle only having 21,000 miles on it. Keith was extremely understanding and has been the entire time. And he also knew that safety was Paramount and I needed a reliable vehicle. I left Garber with my vehicle, running in excellent condition and with a sense of confidence knowing that I was no longer going to have to worry if it started every time I got into my carKeith made me feel like I was someone in his family that he was worried about being safe each and every day. I felt like he understood my fear and where I was coming from.
