Purchased our car in Florida, was having an issue with low tire pressure. Took the car I’ve looking for some assistance/guidance. Ryan took care of everything, the found a nail in the tread causing a minor leak. They resolved the issue and was out of there in about 40 minutes. Could not be more appreciate of how this was resolved. Thank you Ryan and the crew.

I bought the car in early May from a dealership across the street. Took it there and waited three days and it was never looked at Went to Garber and they looked at it within 24 hours Gina, my service advisor could not have been more helpful Mechanics were great, and the service was second to none Car has been returned and fully repaired Thank you to the team at Garber’s service department I won’t ever take my GMC to anywhere else for any service They are 100% the best

First of all, it has to be said that this survey would not look the way it does if Garber didn’t employ someone like Keith in service. Keith is the reason that I continue to return to Garber when my vehicle needs to be serviced. I came in extremely disgruntled because my new Tahoe had a battery problem That was very inconsistent, but left me without a starting vehicle in some of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. Keith was sympathetic to that and did all he could to help me time and time again. This time due to Keith’s hard work and determination he was able to get the battery to duplicate and resolve the issue for me. Because of his understanding and the help of his boss, Tom, I was able to run the errands I needed to run while they kept my vehicle again. They were able to take care of the service that I needed to have attended to and make sure that I left Garber with a safe and reliable vehicle that I just purchased brand new in September. In my eyes, this shouldn’t have even been a conversation with my vehicle only having 21,000 miles on it. Keith was extremely understanding and has been the entire time. And he also knew that safety was Paramount and I needed a reliable vehicle. I left Garber with my vehicle, running in excellent condition and with a sense of confidence knowing that I was no longer going to have to worry if it started every time I got into my carKeith made me feel like I was someone in his family that he was worried about being safe each and every day. I felt like he understood my fear and where I was coming from.

I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation for my Son's 2023 Trailblazer. My agent was very professional and courteous and helped me pull up my rewards points on my phone. Later when the time had reached 90 minutes, my agent, I think her name was Yobari, came out and told me I would be about 30 more minutes. I told her I understood. She came out when the vehicle was done and processed my rewards points and escorted me to where the car was. She also gave me the car wash card for a free car wash. Some people complain about the longer wait but I feel that sometimes you have to wait because so many people know Garber has the best mechanics and staff around. I highly recommend Garber for sales and service. I have bought three cars here and my next will be here also.
