I made an online appointment with Garber Chevrolet in Highland, IN. I received a follow up email and text as a reminder and to address my service needs. When I arrived, the service writer (Jairo) greeted me immediately. He was very attentive. My total cost was less than the quoted price because I didn’t need to have a particular service done at the time. They are an honest service department. I appreciate the customer service from the time I requested the service, until I left the facility.
