Gina was patient, knowledgeable, kind and specific about here job in helping understand about what was going to be done to my car as I presented my coupons from Gaber to her for my vehicle and she explained whether they would apply to today's service toward my vehicle with an absolute smile. And when my service was done she was professional as well when my transaction was done and told me when my next service should be coming up in a few months. This was my first time at Garber and it won't be my last. Service was fast and everyone was friendly. Especially Charlene. She treated me as if I had been coming there forever. She was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I not too long ago purchased my car and went into the hospital shortly after. Therefore, I've not been able to learn much about it. Charlene was very sympathetic and reassured me that it was ok and she was eager to teach me. As I got ready to leave, she made sure to thank me and said she'd see me soon and wished me a happy holiday. Thank you Charlene for great service and a happy holiday to you all at Garber.

Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Clean, modern and beautiful facility. There is a large and spacious waiting area and then there is a children's play area. I sat in there because it was quieter.
