Cassandra greeted me upon arrival. She was waiting for me. From the start, she was pleasant and professional. Justin had been helping me behind the scenes before I visited. He gotcha ball rolling and set me up with lovely Cassandra. I brought all the documents I was asked to provide. I was floored when they asked me what I wanted and what they could do for me! It was a breath of fresh air. The process went smoothly. Cassandra was personable and helped with setting up the My Chevy App, took me for a test drive and waited with me for my Welcome call with OnStar. She knew everything about the vehicle and answered every question I had. I had a lot of questions. Best car buying experience ever. Financing Dept was top notch. I am sending everyone I know to Garber!!!!

I made an online appointment with Garber Chevrolet in Highland, IN. I received a follow up email and text as a reminder and to address my service needs. When I arrived, the service writer (Jairo) greeted me immediately. He was very attentive. My total cost was less than the quoted price because I didn’t need to have a particular service done at the time. They are an honest service department. I appreciate the customer service from the time I requested the service, until I left the facility.
