I was in the market for a new suburban back in December. My local GM dealer didn't have anything close to what we wanted and mentioned doing a dealer trade with Garber for exactly what my wife wanted. I tried for over a month to buy from my local dealer but between their "standard dealer trade markup" an general failure to make the sale, I reached out to Garber directly. Arron Ross was the salesman I dealt with an he had the deal done within 5 minutes of the first conversation. Mr. Ross kept me informed during the entire transaction, overnighted every document necessary and flat took care of business. The deal was complete within a few days including mailing documents back and forth. This was the easiest most laid back car buying experience I have ever had, I bought it sight unseen and had my sister who is semi local to Garber pick it up for me due to me being busy and 5hrs away. Arron Ross for the win! I will definitely buy my next GM truck from Garber! side note, Garber was supposed to send me a survey to rate my buying experience from Mr.Ross but I never received it, please send it so I can give the man high marks! thanks for everything
