Samantha was excellent. I called and spoke to her to inquire why my check engine light would come on with a 2023 vehicle in 2025. I provided the code that I had from getting my truck checked and Samantha realized it was a code that GM was aware of and to bring my truck in to get serviced. She was very pleasant when I arrived, kept me up to date as my service appointment was going on and thanked me for choosing Chevy. It was a great service appointment that fixed my issue with great customer service.
