I had to take my truck in for recalls. I do not take my truck to mechanics and it is a very clean 2007 Suburban that is cleaned every other weekend, even in the winter. Kai was the guy I spoke to the whole time. He was polite and informative. They also took care of a second recall I was unaware of.
