I previously owned a Chevy HHR and I always had it serviced at Christenson Chevrolet and while waiting, I would visit with Milford Christenson who was a relative of mine. The dealership changed names, however the employees still express wonderful customer service. I was able to get in for an oil change about a half hour of calling to, what I thought would be a couple days. So to get in in 30 minutes worked out well. I was greeted by service representative Jairo. He was very kind, eager to please and kept me aware of a few things that my truck needed serviced while the Mechanic was changing my oil. I did have to leave my vehicle there overnight but Jairo assured me that it would only take about 2 more hours until my truck would be ready and he was right. He also offered to get an employee to take me home but my friend was already on his way to pick me up. Jairo, displayed excellent customer service and notifications of things my truck needed and things that could wait. I'd recommend Garber Chevy to others for certain.
