Scheduled a 9 AM appointment on a Saturday so it was busy. The dealer's associate Ryan let me know as much and that it would be up to two hours to complete the inspection. This was accurate and the vehicle maintenance review was completed at no charge as promised by the dealer's complimentary maintenance during first year of purchase.
