Scheduled a 9 AM appointment on a Saturday so it was busy. The dealer's associate Ryan let me know as much and that it would be up to two hours to complete the inspection. This was accurate and the vehicle maintenance review was completed at no charge as promised by the dealer's complimentary maintenance during first year of purchase. Thanks to the Garber team for their service!

When I first came to Garber Charline was very nice and she told me everything that I needed for my car the i needed cabin and air filters for my car to me it looked like they never changed them Samantha was the same i came in for an oil change and the technician said that my transmission fluid was bad so I said change it radiator sprung a leak so I had to get it fixed some were else and they changed the fluid then so you have some amazing people working for you and thank you for taking good care of me and no I did not by the car from you I bought it from a used car dealer I thought they would have taken care of that but they did not so that’s on me Have a great rest of your day and I’ll see you all the next time around!

I needed to have a need key programmed for my car. Admittedly I initially called the Smith dealer where I pur hased my car. The guy in the parts department acted as if he couldn't be bothered. The parts rep was thorough and educational. When I came in, my service, Ryan, was personable and helpful. He was informative about things I could do to maintain my car without being pushy. I'll definitely be back.
