We have things in storage with them. Recently, they haven't shown up when they agreed to, they are not available by phone, and their mailbox is full. I call that unprofessional They managed to turn this around and have since given excellent service

Tim provided a competitive quote and explained all the details of the move and the storage arrangements. Sean stopped in a few days prior to the move to see if I would be ready, and see if there were any ways Millennial could help me prepare. And when it came to moving day, Trevor and his three colleagues made a cohesive and very professional team of movers. I was impressed with how quickly they organized and completed the work while ensuring the furniture was properly covered and then secured in their trucks. They also moved some furniture into the garage and the basement and even installed a TV. I am looking forward to Millennial returning the furniture at the end of the renovation knowing they will be attentive to placing it properly and to my satisfaction.
