Today I had the Venus Versa - Tribella which was painful (NanoFractional part) compared to the previous one but it’s proving to be much more effective. Viryani was great, patient & very knowledgeable. During whole treatment she made sure I’m comfortable, I feel good and I have everything I need. Whatever pain occurred her aftercare massage made up for it!!
Now my face is red as it heals, I’m looking forward to see results!!

ACNE IMPROVED
When I came for the first time to Elevatione I had big acne problem, the staff did for me skin analysis and explained me where the skin issues coming from and how I can treat them.
I decided to try and I bought 6 month package.
Today I’m after 4th treatment of IPL and my acne is gone by 70%! I tried heavy medication, hormones and nothing helped like these facials.

Today my facial was great, at my request I asked the therapist Patrice to concentrate on lifting as I’m concerned about sagging..
I also asked lots of questions about the products we use at home. All of my queries were answered very satisfactory. I’ve been also reassured that my improvements will be visible over time..
Very good customer service here feel looked after with my tea on arrival!

The treatments are good, the staff are approachable and accommodating! The products are working well for me I feel tighter and brighter in my skin!! My experience with Georgia was great in having Microdermabrasion.. I was well advised on aftercare and everything on offer. There's nothing you can’t do to beautify yourself here.. I’m a single mum and this is my treat to de'stress!!

A very nice and posh place whit really the best facial treatments wich I had .... about the Elevatione products i can say only they are fantastic and the trataments and creams really help to improve my skin . The staff is very professional ,kind , helpful and they give you the best advice for your needs . I want to say "Thank you! "at Alina wich was the important factor in my decision to start the trataments and to have Elevatione creams and masks .

For the first time I can see clear results! My acne is gone, wrinkles minimized and discoloration reduced. I love the combination of different technologies that they provide in one facial - I treat all my issues, by few machines, in one treatment!! That saves my money and time. I love it!

Tucked right on the street corner, this luxurious spa is a mixture of art decadence, yet, incredibly down to earth. From my first interaction until I left, I got a feeling of utmost luxury mixed with my mother's apple pie. The staff while professional are still easy going, forthcoming, and just make you feel like you are part of some unknown family. I had the Electromagnetic Mesotherapy, and as it was truly incredible.
I'm not huge into beauty, and rarely treat myself to treatments, facials, etc. But this place caught my eye, and they managed to squeeze me in due to last minute client cancelation. Thank you again for such an incredible treatment. It's now a few days later, and my face is still glowing and my skin radiant.

I like this place it's very small and hidden away Staffs are very friendly and do offer a lot of free gifts the products are exactly the same as the ones in Dalston and Great Portland however there are more up-to-date and not old stock the products are the original package and are genuine unlike other companies who tried to fake elevations these Are The Originals you can buy anything and pay it over 100 weeks even at £1 per month I would prefer to go here as they also add points which encourages you free services and products I have not been disappointed here at all I have gone in there and left without paying for anything and coming out with free goods

I've been a customer online for two years, and moved to London last year. In Sweden we didn't have an Elevatione Time Stops beauty clinic or shop, so I was so excited to come in person. I wasn't disappointed. Wyranni, Helena, and the rest of the girls are always so accommodating and they make each visit a memorable experience. I love the variety of treatments they offer, and how none of them are invasive but they all still work. I'm now on my fourth Venus treatment, and most of my dark spots around my neck are gone, and the wrinkles on the side of my eyes have really dissipated to the point that they are only really noticeable when I squint.
Can I also say these products are insanely beautiful! I hate throwing away the packaging as each one is a work of art in it's own right. Thank you team Elevatione for being one of my favorite beauty spas!

Adore this place. I came on a promotional treatment, and from the start the team was so polite, organized. They called me to book me in, and then gave me a brief reminder a day or two before. Arrived, and the entire experience was quite posh. Manager came to introduce herself and my therapist Georgina was so calming.
I purchased a package and have now used three of my six treatments, and I'm seeing a real difference. I get compliments on my skin almost daily from friends and family who notice it. Truly a gem in Mayfair.

Wonderful experience and most amazing customer service i have ever received with superb products line worth every penny. Massive Thank you to Beauty Consultant Dionne who looked after me on the day and was an absolute star, very welcoming, nice, friendly, understanding and very carrying. There is not enough star to show my grattitude for her service and how special she made me feel as a customer. If only everyone would put so much heart to what they do, world would be much better and happier place to live. Also great Thank you to Jachi for refferal and encouragement to try on the offer.
