Kellen and Chase are the real deal. These guys went above and beyond to help me out during what seemed like an impossible time of my life. I am an extraordinarily busy, working mom. I 100% didn't have time, nor the patience required to go into a dealership and sit through all the run around. So while surfing the web, I found and purchased a Rav4 through an exclusive online dealership that claimed they deliver. After 2 weeks of failed deliveries and endless frustration, I decided it was time to move on. Back to the web I went, and thankfully this time, stumbling upon Rightway. The first thing that really stuck out to me was their customer reviews, they have loads of excellent reviews. Customers actually seemed satisfied with their (used) car dealer. Some comments posted by customers who end up staying loyal for years, even after repairing their credit. which surprised me. I personally have forked over thousands of dollars on used cars over the years( repairs) and have never been satisfied enough to return OR refer anyone to them. Anyhow, after scrolling on the Rightway website a while, I decided to submit my contact info. Within minutes, a female representative reached out to me and proceeded to kindly link me with salesmen, Kellen and Chase. These guys really worked well together, equally contributing a generous amount of their time to helping me. They offered to stay/wait for me to arrive multiple times due to my hectic schedule. They were committed to getting me into a good, reliable vehicle. One that was capable of driving my family safely, a couple states away, to our vacation destination. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to talk it over with my family and sleep on it. They were respectful of me, my wishes, and even my opinions the entire time (which can be challenging). After deciding to proceed with the deal, I called the next day to try to find a time that I would even be able to come in and complete the paperwork. Kellen and Chase again offered to stay and wait for me to get out of work, which was very kind. Thank You, Kellen and Chase! Rightway got the deal done for me in minutes, not hours. Bravo! I drove away in a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium that managed getting us to our vacation destination on time,1000 miles away. These guys deserve an award. They really put in the effort to help people.
