The process was very easy and I am very satisfied with the finished product: • For the estimate Sal brought swatches of the most popular colors as well as photos of jobs that he had recently completed. He had a thorough technical knowledge of the materials used, where they were manufactured, their performance and how they back their lifetime guarantee. • My price quote included a military discount which was less than two other quotes from other competitors who had only a 5 year warrantee. • The work was scheduled within one month and Sal sent bi-weekly updates for payment and reminders. • The installation only took two half-days (day 1; grinding and concrete preparation, applying epoxy and flakes, day 2; excess flake clean-up and applying clear coat) with no mess and the little garbage (material packaging). • Sal’s staff were very friendly (answering all questions), worked clean and efficiently. Their uniforms, tools and truck were neat and clean as well. A top-notch well-oiled machine.
